Weekend Review – Round 15 2017

Brought to you by the Mornington Racing Course

Football

Gale force winds across the peninsula this afternoon made for some interesting games. Frankston learnt from last time and gave Sorrento a run for their money but just could get past the Sharks going down by 25 points, Rosebud made light work of Pearcedale with an 85 point win at home, Rye didn’t even give Tyabb a sniff of two wins in a row when they dished out an 82 point loss to the Yabbies down at RJ Rowley Reserve, Red Hill jumped back into the race for 5th spot when they defeated Dromana by 14 points, Somerville also wanted to keep any chance they had of playing finals with a 38 point win over Devon Meadows and in the last game between local rivals Hastings and Crib Point it was the Blues who triumphed by 104 points.
