FRIDAY: Pearcedale has made it two from two, knocking off flag favorites Frankston Bombers. Barry Hall was wearing the blue & white hoops for the day and kicked a lazy 8 goals to help the Panthers get over the line by 5 points. Rosebud was just too strong for Rye in front of a bumper crowd, dismantling the young dee’s by 100-points and in the final game, Somerville defeated an improved Tyabb by 65-points.

SATURDAY: Sorrento has won their second game for 2017, defeating Dromana in their annual Easter Saturday game by 52-points, and Hastings had to overcome a persistent Devon Meadows to win by 26-points and remain undefeated on top of the ladder.

Friday: Rye kicked off their 2017 season with a win over old rivals Rosebud by 5-points, Tyabb suffered another blow to their 2017 campaign with a 6-point loss to Somerville & Frankston continued their winning ways with a 10-point win over Pearcedale.

Saturday: Dromana made sure that they got their season back on track, with a 40 point win over Sorrento, whilst Devon Meadows enjoy the Easter weekend off.
